The total cost of the Academy is $4,500.  Included in this cost is a non-refundable uniform and equipment fee of $150, which must be paid upon submitting your application. The uniform and equipment fee includes: 2 shirts, 2 pairs of pants, sweatshirt or t-shirt, academy hat, ammunition, books, paper, handouts, etc.

Prior to applying for financial aid, a candidate must be accepted into the Law Enforcement Academy. Upon acceptance into the Law Enforcement Academy, we will provide the candidate with the appropriate financial aid forms.

In addition to financial assistance programs, an optional deferred payment plan is available to those candidates who do not qualify for financial aid paid.
