Merit Scholarship Award Application

We want to make the scholarship application process as simple as possible for you. Please be sure to answer all of the following questions in order to be considered for the Merit Scholarship Award (one submission per child, please).  The application must be completed by the parent/grandparent or primary caregiver of the student listed below, on or before the application deadline of September 1, 2008.

Only students with a completed application and the required appropriate letters of recommendation received by the deadline will be considered for the Merit Scholarship Award.  All scholarship correspondence including the required recommendation letters must be mailed to:  MWSU Center for Community Arts, Attn: Merit Scholarship Committee, 4525 Downs Dr, Spratt Hall 105, St. Joseph, MO 64507.  If you are in doubt as to whether or not recommendation letters have been received in our office, please call 816-271-4106 at least one week before the application deadline.  Thank you!
