Help with Online Study Skills
You can e-mail the Center for Academic Support at ask4help@missouriwestern.edu with your questions about study skills, reading, writing, math, test anxiety--anything related to being successful in your class.

Online Writing Tutorials
You can submit your papers via e-mail to casolw@missouriwestern.edu and recieve feedback within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).

Math and Writing Assistance
Math and writing tutors are available from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday-Thursday and 8:00 am to 3:00 pm on Fridays. Tutors are also available most evenings from 6:00 to 9:00 pm Sunday-Thursday. Just call 816-271-4524 or stop by to make an appointment.

Tutors
A list of available tutors is posted on the Center for Academic Support's website: www.missouriwestern.edu/cas. When you find a tutor for the class in which you're seeking help, just contact him/her by their e-mail address provided. If no tutor is listed yet for the course, just contact the Center. We can hire tutors for most courses on campus. Please request a tutor as soon as you suspect that you'll want some help because it does take longer to get a faculty recommendation, then hire and train a new tutor.
