Now accepting tenants

The goal of the Science and Technology Incubator is to provide facilities and assistance for start-up companies. The incubator houses a laboratory, conference room, operation offices and tenant spaces. Its flexible floor plan can accommodate 12-15 firms of a few persons each, or a few large firms requiring larger spaces. The Incubator is now accepting tenants. Animal Health and Nutrition

The location of the Incubator is conducive to fostering animal health and nutrition industries. The Incubator is situated within the Animal Health Corridor, located just 35 minutes north of Kansas City International Airport along I-29 in St. Joseph, MO. St. Joseph has a strong history in animal health and nutrition:

  • Regulatory and scientific consulting

DT Search & Designs LLC develops and markets innovative products to enable our customers to compete more effectively in their respective markets. DTS currently is marketing the Relia-Com Communications System to military organizations around the world, a Phosphorous Waste Management System through a joint venture with the Kansas Livestock Association named Kansas Environmental Management Associates (KEMA). Additionally, DTS is developing a field bendable composite rebar in partnership with a Fortune 500 Chemical Company.

United States Animal Health Association
The nation's animal health forum since 1897. The United States Animal Health Association (USAHA), established in 1897, is a non-profit, member-driven, science-based organization devoted to prevention, control and eradication of animal diseases in the United States. USAHA has 1,200 members representing state and federal agencies, universities, industry and veterinary organizations and other groups with interest in animal health, disease control, animal welfare, food safety and public health. USAHA serves as a clearinghouse for new information and methods that can be used in the development of laws, regulations, policy and programs. Through deliberations of its annual meeting and 32 committees, USAHA works to develop solutions to animal health-related issues.
