Welcome to the Downtown University Center

The Downtown University Center (DUC), located in the Scottish Rite temple, is home to Western’s Law Enforcement Academy, Pass the Power Adult Literacy, Conversation Partners and the Center for Community Arts office.

The DUC is available for group meetings and conferences with three classrooms, a 300 seat auditorium, a large multi-purpose room, a com-
mercial kitchen, and several offices.
