Western Institute offers classes in convenient locations and programs to help university students, high school students, adults wanting to learn to read and youthful offenders reach new levels.

Kansas City Northland
Western Institute offers classes at the Tuileries Plaza in the Kansas City Northland. Complete your BS in Elementary Education or take graduate-level courses in TESOL.

Downtown University Center
MWSU has opened a new site in downtown St. Joseph. The Downtown University Center houses the Law Enforcement Academy, the Center for Community Arts office, and Pass The Power Adult Literacy.

High School College Credit
Students can earn college credit through MWSU at their high school. Western Institute offers a variety of dual enrollment opportunities for high school juniors and seniors.

Pass The Power Adult Literacy
Pass the Power Adult Literacy provides tutoring and classes for adults based on individual needs and goals.

Conversation Partners
Conversation Partners provides English tutoring to individuals whose native language is not English.

Incarcerated Individuals Program
The Incarcerated Individuals Program assists and encourages incarcerated persons to acquire a post-secondary education.
